Kirstin is a wife and a mother of 3 boys. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies. She helped further research in blended families and remarriage and has helped educate the community on healthy relationships and how to achieve them. She is a certified Life Coach specializing in relationships and time management. She developed a true love for horses when she was a teenager; struggling to find her own self worth and self confidence. Horses were a very personal and non judgmental way of healing and developing her own self confidence and self awareness.
JULIE MAYO
Operations Coordinator
Julie is a wife and mom of 2 with 9 grandchildren. Julie has an Associates Degree in Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Health Sciences. Julie has worked in a position of ownership or business management for her entire career, in the areas of technical support, education and sales. She has a real passion for ensuring business processes are refined to promote positive experiences for clients. Julie has a passion for building self-esteem in children and adults and loves horses as well. Because she has developed allergies to horse hair, we keep her in the back office to help keep our processes moving forward! Julie loves hiking and backpacking in the remote mountains and loves a challenge. She supports Harness Your Power in the area of office management and process development.
CHASE HALVERSON
CFO
Chase is a husband and father of 3 boys. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is detail oriented and is fueled by his curiosity and determination to find a solution to any task at hand. He has been around horses his whole life and has developed a passion for working with horses. He is committed to creating a trusting relationship with a horse to help them reach their potential.

JESS GIBSON
Facilitator
Jess is a wife and mom of 5. She started her college studies in the field of Psychology, and later earned a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education. After teaching, she realized she could facilitate more growth in a different setting. Her love of horses began when she took English riding lessons in Spain. Her passion rekindled when she came to Utah for school and learned Western style riding. She is an Expert Level Coach and is currently studying parenting techniques for children with ADD, ADHD and ODD; betrayal trauma and building healthy connections/relationships.
